SOCIAL 2 is a 6-week program developed by researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital's Center for Aging and Serious Illness (CASI) and Center for Health Outcomes and Interdisciplinary Research (CHOIR). This study aims to help caregivers of individuals with dementia navigate daily challenges and decrease stress. Caring for a person with dementia is hard but SOCIAL 2 can help!

Over the course of this 6-week program caregivers will learn about: 

  1. Ways to take care of yourself as a caregiver

  2. Practical strategies to support your loved one with dementia 

  3. What resources are available

Meet Our Team

We are a joint team from the Center for Health Outcomes and Interdisciplinary Research (CHOIR) and Center for Aging and Serious Illness (CASI) at Massachusetts General Hospital.
